MOUNT WASHINGTON - There isn’t a coach alive that hasn’t preached the motto ‘one game at a time.’
Coaches harp on it because it is so difficult to do in many instances. Professional league coaches talk about it as do college coaches. It still doesn’t always take. You can imagine how high school coaches have trouble with it.
No more important words this week will come out of the mouth of Bullitt East head coach Troy Barr. He has that one phrase and has added ‘survive and advance.’ They both mean pretty much the same thing.
