Aquatic Exercise Class-Aqua Flow

Location:  Advanced Therapy Center Therapy Pool at the Home of the Innocents, 1100 East Market Street, Louisville, KY 40206

Cost: $6 per class, call about other options for memberships and frequent-user punchcards

This class is a low-impact exercise class that mixes yoga, tai chi, gentle stretching, and light cardio exercises in a heated, saltwater therapy pool.  An MD permission is required for the class and can be found at our website.
