SHEPHERDSVILLE-- Bullitt Central softball coach Mike Phillips can't predict how the upcoming season will turn out, but he is certain of one thing Ð his second season at the helm can't be nearly as trying as the first year.
    The 2014 softball season for the Lady Cougars was one that just about everyone associated with the program would just as soon forget. On a team that had just two seniors, four starters missed considerable playing time with injuries including the two seniors who were the team's starting pitcher and catcher.
