BE girls host Bluegrass Invitational on Saturday

 FERN CREEK - With three of the top five teams from last year’s state tournament entered, the Sixth Annual Bluegrass Invitational, hosted by Bullitt East, has another top-flight field.

Once again, this year’s major in-season girls’ tournament will be sponsored by Schmid Funeral Home.

The tournament has come full circle as it will return to its roots this year as it is being played at the Glenmary Golf Club in southern Jefferson County.
