Millions of men and women have fought for the very freedoms we take for granted. The right to cast a ballot in a free country in just one of these freedoms.

It would be much more exciting if the ballot was full of races. For some, it might be a matter of coming out for one race.

However, that one race is important to those who are running. They have invested their time and their money in making a bid for public office.
