It had always been a dream of James Jewell, to own a western-themed restaurant. And on Friday, that became true.
The Boar’s Nest, named after the bar in “The Dukes of Hazzard,” had its official ribbon cutting with the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce Friday.
It has been open for about a week now.
Jewell said it was great to finally be open for business which he started building four and half years ago.
“I want it to be a good place to come and wat and listen to country music,” he said.
