SHEPHERDSVILLE - Marvin L. Bolin Jr. said from the first time the allegations were made that he did nothing.
He denied the allegations of sexual abuse dating back to 2000.
He was indicted in April 2008 on two counts of sexual abuse, Class D felonies punishable by 1-5 years in prison.
During his trial last week, Circuit Judge Rodney Burress dismissed one of the counts on a directive verdict for lack of evidence after the prosecution concluded its case.
And the jury took less than an hour to find Bolin not guilty of the remaining count.
