BREAKING NEWS: Sunday alcohol sales to come to golf courses, but still a no-go at Shepherdsville restaurants

SHEPHERDSVILLE -- If you wish to have a drink with your meal in Shepherdsville on Sunday, you will have to visit one of the top new golf courses in the United States.

The Shepherdsville City Council voted 4-2 to allow Sunday alcohol sales at Heritage Hills Golf Course. The ordinance allows Sunday sales until 10 p.m. at a registered USGA course in Precinct 18A.

This reversed a 4-3 denial in July.
