Bullitt County Diabetes Coalition meeting

 Join the Bullitt County Diabetes Coalition.

The coalition's mission is to promote healthy communities and improve the health outcomes of people with diabetes in Bullitt County through awareness and education, motivating self-care, creating health living resources and increasing involvement.

The coalition meets the second Thursday of each month, from 10-11 a.m., at the Bullitt County Heath Department Annex building.
