Bullitt East tennis teams get off to hot start

 In the early season, it is the boys from Bullitt East who look to again have the strongest team.

Through the first two weeks, the Chargers remain undefeated on the season.

The tennis season began March 21 with an intercounty battle between Bullitt East and North Bullitt.

Dustin Armstrong’s Chargers came away with a 4-1 home victory.

In singles, Tom Brentrup defeated Isaac Heines 8-1 on the first court. Dalton Sego turned back Sam Druin 8-0 on court two and Matt Phipps won court three with a 8-1 victory over Kyle Warden.
