SHEPHERDSVILLE -- The pieces are starting to come together.
In the latest round of state Unbridled Learning test scores, the Bullitt County Public School System had reason to celebrate.
The district found itself labeled as "proficient" for the first time and saw its percentile increase from 51 to 73, making it one of the fastest growing in Kentucky.
This means that the district scored better overall than 73 percent of the other school systems in Kentucky.
