Bullitt musician part of Friday night concert

LOUISVILLE - Rock guitarist Sean Thornton returns to his roots this weekend.

The Bullitt County native will perform in Louisville Friday night as part of the musical group Solvi.

Thornton was raised in the Green Acres neighborhood, the son of Laurie and Wayne Myers. He attended Roby Elementary and Shepherdsville Middle School.

Thornton's sister, Lindsey Clark, helps with the band's publicity. She said the family moved to Delaware after their father Wayne, a Lebanon Junction native, passed away.
