SHEPHERDSVILLE - Businesses got needed approvals recently from the Bullitt County Board of Adjustments to move forward.
The board granted a series of variances for Settlers Point Business Park.
On a lot next to Cattleman’s Steakhouse in Shepherdsville, variances were needed to build at Ken Towery Auto Center.
Engineer Scott Smith, representing the property owner, said a rezoning must also be sought on the tract since auto repair is not allowed in a B-2 Central Business zone.
