SHEPHERDSVILLE – It was a short and very unproductive week for the Bullitt Central baseball team as they dodged just enough raindrops to lose a pair of games.
“Short and cruddy,” Bullitt Central head coach G.J. Moore said.
Early in the season, the Cougars were scoring a lot of runs while the defense and pitching was struggling. Now, the maroon and gray are getting better pitching and the defense has improved, but now the team is having trouble getting hits with runners in scoring position.
