Charge dismissed against man driving truck at scene of derailment

 SHEPHERDSVILLE - A Cincinnati-based truck driver will no longer face criminal charges for a train derailment which occurred in Bullitt County last summer.

Bullitt Circuit Judge Rodney Burress signed an agreed order to dismiss charges against Ricky Davis.

Davis was charged with one count of wanton endangerment, a Class D felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison.
