Chargers are confident eighth title is possible

 MOUNT WASHINGTON - It will be a new era for Bullitt East baseball when the 2011 season starts next week.

Head coach Jeff Bowles returns, but for the most part the Chargers will be a different team on the field with the graduation of standouts Brandon Alphin, Matt Bowles and Josh Whitmer. A handful of the present players saw spot duty on the state tournament team two years ago, but the core of the team is new.
