MOUNT WASHINGTON - The Bullitt East Chargers closed out the first 30-win regular season in school history on Friday with a 3-0 victory over traditional state power Trinity on Senior Night.

The Chargers, 30-6, will now take one of the best records in the state into post-season play in the 24th District Tournament at North Bullitt. Bullitt East was set to play Bullitt Central on Tuesday. The championship game of the tournament is set for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Bullitt East has the glittering record, but some of the wins have been pretty dull.
