SHEPHERDSVILLE - Any decision on whether to enter into a partnership of any kind with the Metropolitan Sewer District would be months and months into the future.
That was the word from Shepherdsville city officials as resident Gaynell Rummage expressed her concerns over talk of a possible merger by the Jefferson County agency.
Rummage asked how the possible takeover or merger would benefit the citizens.
Recently, talks started between MSD and the city about possible scenarios involving the future of the sewage treatment system.
