LOUISVILLE -- It’s been 150 years since the muskets of Union and Confederate soldiers could be heard echoing in the hills of the bluegrass.
The Civil War permanently changed not only the direction of our country, but also the history of our region.
This year, the Kentucky State Fair is giving fairgoers a chance to relive that history through its Civil War exhibit, “United We Stand, Divided We Fall: Kentucky and the Civil War + 150.”
