After a long, hot week at the Bullitt County Fair, we take a few moments to thanks those who volunteer their time to make this happen.
Despite the hot weather, attendance at the county fair was the third highest in history.
The fair board members put in unbelievable hours during the actual event - in addition to their regular jobs.
The inmates at the Bullitt County Detention Center also put in hundreds of hours to help set up and take down the fair. Plus, each day, they were brought there to clean up the facilities.
