MOUNT WASHINGTON – The Second District constable has now been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury on drug-related charges.
The 12-member panel indicted Clifton Joel Hudson, 43, of Mount Washington.
Hudson was indicted for allegedly selling or distributing 10 Endocet prescription pills, which is a Class C felony for trafficking in a controlled substance.
The alleged incident occurred on Dec. 14, 2012. It carries a possible penalty of 5-10 years in prison and a fine of $1,000-$10,000.
