Cougar baseball struggles in district action, wins others

-A A +A

By Mike Farner

SHEPHERDSVILLE – The first week of district play proved to be a problem for the Bullitt Central Cougars as the team dropped key games to both Bullitt East and Fairdale.

The good news was that the Cougars were competitive in both games. They just could not get the key out of the key hit to reverse the final outcome. In three other games last week, the maroon and gray won two of three contests.
