SHEPHERDSVILLE - The Bullitt Central Cougars split a pair of one-run games last week, but head coach G.J. Moore would have preferred that the outcomes be switched.
First, the maroon and gray put up some big offensive numbers in beating Oldham County 12-11. Next, it was a district game with Fairdale and while it took eight innings to be decided, the Cougars came out on the short end of a 4-3 decision.
