SHEPHERDSVILLE -- If Bullitt County officials are tardy, classes in a new facility for college courses might be delayed for two years.
John Snider, Bullitt County's executive director for economic development, needs to get a survey of the property being leased by the county for the creation of a community college.
To get a survey done, existing trees on portions of the property must be cut.
But the clearing of property is just not as simple as having someone take a chainsaw and start removing trees.
