SHEPHERDSVILLE – The fears of a costly “forensic” audit may have been alleviated.
But there will be some cost to figure out the questions Bullitt Fiscal Court wants answered to prevent a recent overpayment issue from reoccurring.
Simon Keemer, a representative of Dean Dorton Ford PSC certified public accounting firm, said that a“forensic” audit is something that wouldn’t apply to the county’s situation.
