SHEPHERDSVILLE - It started out as a bit of a challenge and now it has turned into a way of life for David Pate.
The Shepherdsville Elementary principal had always been known as an administrator who had a knack of getting companies to sponsor school projects or for ways to generate funds.
Now, the Bardstown resident is also known for his skills in saving money by using coupons.
Pate will teach a workshop sponsored by The Pioneer News on Monday, Sept. 12, from 6-8 p.m. at Shepherdsville Elementary.
