SHEPHERDSVILLE - Before Bullitt Fiscal Court makes any changes to its current policy on pauper burials, members might want to talk with coroner David Billings.
That was the advice of Bullitt County Attorney Monica Meredith Robinson.
The concern over the pauper burials arose recently when bills were presented by several local funeral homes.
The county has historically paid $500 for the burials of people who can’t afford to pay.
