With the staff at the Bullitt County Emergency Medical Services sitting at 15 people below the budgeted level, supervisor Mike Phillips is concerned.
While six of those open slots are filled by employees who will hopefully return from absences due to things like pregnancy and workers compensation, that still leaves nine positions open.
