Bullitt Countians need to set their clocks one hour ahead this weekend in conjunction with Daylight Saving Time.
The official change takes place at 2 a.m. Sunday, Mar. 14.
Clocks go an hour ahead, meaning 2 a.m. would switch to 3 a.m. This means one less hour of sleep Saturday night through Sunday morning.
Fire officlals also encourage homeowners to check batteries intheir smoke alarms this weekend and all Daylight Saving weekends as a way to remember making the important check.
