Dental office in MW to buy back extra Halloween candy for troops

-A A +A
By Alex Wimsatt

MOUNT WASHINGTON – Halloween: it’s the one time of the year when kids get to delight in mountains of sweets.

Unfortunately, Halloween treats lead to more than sugar highs; they contribute to obesity and tooth decay, which is why one local dentist is giving trick-or-treaters the chance to trade their candy for cold, hard cash.

On Tuesday, Nov. 1, Ford Family Dental will host its first ever Halloween Candy Buy Back, where kids will receive $1 for every pound of candy they bring in.
