      It's the sloppiest mess in the history of Mike Farner Downs as contestants take to the quagmire of a track in the annual running of the Bullitt County Derby.

One of the more interesting Bullitt County Derby fields is led this year by the early favorite, No Smoking, sponsored by the Bullitt County Health Board. No Smoking is the son of Caretaker and past winner Smoking Ban.
