Developer says draft on subdivision regulations will hurt county's growth

SHEPHERDSVILLE - As local planners continue to work on preparing its zoning regulations and subdivisions standards to meet federal storm water guidelines, some believe they are going too far.

Richard Miles, owner of Dogwood Homes and president of the Louisville Homebuilders Association, talked with Bullitt Fiscal Court members recently about his concerns over the updates being worked on by the Bullitt County Joint Planning Commission.

The work, which has stretched out over several years, has gotten closer to a conclusion.
