District picture coming into focus

 SHEPHERDSVILLE – With only three weeks remaining in the regular season, intra-district play to decide the pairings for the upcoming district tournaments is reaching the homestretch.

In fact, play within the 24th District is ahead of that in the 23rd.

Within the 24th District, the Bullitt East Lady Chargers have already completed play, having wrapped up the probably number-two seed with a 2-1 record. Mercy is undefeated at 1-0 with games remaining against Jeffersontown and Fern Creek next week, but it is doubtful they will lose either of those contests.
