LOUISVILLE - The perfect race at just the right time.
That is what Bullitt East senior Jacob Duvall turned in Friday in the Class AA Kentucky State Track and Field Championships as he blazed down the track in 14.55 seconds to win the boys' 110-meter high hurdles.
The victory erased some frustration from a year ago for Duvall who had finished second in his favorite event after coming into the race with the top seed. This season, Duvall was only seeded fourth after winning the regional meet ten days earlier with a time of 15.23.
