Eagles hitting their stride at mid-season

HEBRON ESTATES -- Working hard and trying to improve on every possession.

While that might be something heard from a college coach down the road, Brian Courtney said that is certainly the motto of his North Bullitt Eagles.

Having the traditional small team with little size, Courtney is returning to the bench with the same message as in years past -- play hard and execute.

So far, the message is being heard loud and clear.

After defeating district foe Bullitt Central on Jan. 10, the Eagles continued the winning ways with a trio of victories.
