SHEPHERDSVILLE - Bullitt County has gained a reputation of having big box distribution companies aplenty.
But Bullitt County Economic Development Authority director Bob Fouts said that isn’t always a good thing.
At its monthly meeting, EDA members learned that there is a void in what the county has to offer potential companies.
Fouts said that he has had inquiries for available buildings between 10,000-50,000 square feet.
And most are looking for short-term leases.
