Enlow to resign from city council

 SHEPHERDSVILLE - A new member will soon take a seat on the Shepherdsville City Council.

In her third term, Bonnie Enlow will resign from the council at the end of August.

“I’m sad to leave,” Enlow announced on Monday night. “It’s been a great learning experience.”

The decision was a family one. Enlow said that before her father passed away, he built a home in Jefferson County. The home was tailored to Enlow and her husband, Jim, and it is more suited to taking care of his medical needs.
