Ethics board clears bidder of any conflict

    SHEPHERDSVILLE - Bullitt Fiscal Court will have an opportunity Tuesday to vote on accepting a bid for gasoline months after companies were invited to make offers for the business.
    And fiscal court members will not have to worry about any conflict of interest issues.
