SHEPHERDSVILLE - A former corrections officer has entered a guilty plea and could spend the next 20 years in prison.
On Friday, Steven Allen Plessinger, 42, entered a guilty plea on the morning his trial was supposed to begin.
Plessinger entered guilty pleas to the charges of sexual abuse and incest. The Class A felony would be the most severe and carry a possible penalty of 20 years to life.
Under the plea agreement reached with assistant commonwealth attorney Nick Raley, Plessinger could be sentenced to 20 years.
