SHEPHERDSVILLE - A former employee of the Bullitt County Public Health Department has been indicted.
William Joseph Haner Jr. was indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury recently on one felony and one misdemeanor charge.
Haner, who handled financial work for the district, has been charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500 and tampering with physical records.
The latter charge is a Class D felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison.
