SHEPHERDSVILLE - A former Roman Catholic priest will be allowed to remain free on probation.
Daniel C. Clark, 60, who entered an Alford plea earlier in the year on charges of sexual abuse against two boys, will be allowed to remain free.
A probation revocation hearing was held Wednesday after Clark was allegedly in violation for not attending a sex offender treatment program.
Assistant commonwealth attorney Mike Ferguson requested the motion to revoke probation be remanded since he felt Clark was now in compliance.
