CLERMONT - Four individuals were charged and arrested Thursday night during the record-setting 41st methamphetamine lab bust of the year.
The Bullitt County Drug Task Force, acting upon tips and investigative work, searched the home of Jerry Frazier Jr. on Happy Hollow Road around 7 p.m. on Thursday.
When officers arrived, director Kenny Hardin said a phosphorous lab was just completing its operation in a garage.
The higher-quality operation is also more dangerous due to the use of substances like iodine and phosphorous strips off the back of matchbook covers.
