FOX CHASE - Ted Judd appeared at a recent meeting of Bullitt Fiscal Court.
As a councilman for the city of Fox Chase, Judd was upset that the county did not honor the interlocal agreement that would allow the municipality to pay for the material and the county to provide the labor to resurface two streets.
How come? inquired Judd.
Bullitt County Judge/Executive Melanie Roberts said she spoke with mayor Alice White about the dilemma of having to spend its $420,000 in state grant money before the end of the year.
