SHEPHERDSVILLE - It is hard to win if you don’t have the ball.
The Bullitt Central Cougars got that message loud and clear on Friday in the opening round of the Class 5-A football play-offs. Grayson County ran almost twice as many plays as the Cougars in rolling to a 21-12 victory in the first meeting ever between the two schools in football.
The win moved the Leitchfield Cougars into a second-round play-off battle as they will play at John Hardin this Friday.
