 Bullitt Fiscal Court members took a necessary, and long overdue, step when they approved  hiring Kriss Lowry and Associates to complete the comprehensive land-use plan.

After a decade of being in the works.

The plan is vital to assist elected officials in making decisions which will impact the county for years to come.

Those who make decisions on rezoning requests are required to base their rulings on the land-use plan...not on a whim.
