Gripe with jail phone system

  I am writing in response to the letter in the paper from Beve Smith on 11-14-12 concerning the Bullitt County Detention Center. I am glad to see that I am not the only one frustrated with the jail. I have a relative in the jail and found out this is true. They take 25% of money placed on the inmates account even for old fees. I think this is not fair when they are serving a totally different sentence.
