SHEPHERDSVILLE - The hopes of having two of the College and Career Centers ready for operation by next year have vanished.
Now, the hope is that the next round of bids will make the three $5.5 million facilities possible at all.
After the bids for the North Bullitt High center came in at $2 million over the cost estimates, superintendent Keith Davis said the process had to be restarted.
Davis said each of the three centers had to be on budget or below to make the projects feasible.
