Council members discussed issues presented by George Daniels, who represented many north end cities at a recent meeting with county and local KIPDA officials pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
According to Daniels, the city would be required by the ADA to upgrade specific city services catering to residents with certain disabilities.
