SHEPHERDSVILLE - A man who allegedly robbed a Bullitt County movie theater has been indicted.
Timothy R. Nichelson was recently indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury.
He was charged with robbery, unlawful imprisonment and theft by unlawful taking.
According to the indictment, Nichelson had a deadly weapon and threatened an employee of Keystone Cinemas on May 27, 2012.
