SHEPHERDSVILLE - The following individuals have been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury:
*John A. Fiorello - charged with rape, intimidating a witness and being a persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on Sept. 21, 2011, Fiorello had unwanted sex with a local woman.
He then threatened the victim.
The Class B felony is punishable by 10-20 years in prison. However, being a persistent felony offense could cause that to be expanded.
Mount Washington police officer Scott Ballman investigated the case.
